Copyright is a form of protection grounded in the US Constitution and covers both published and unpublished works. It is a form of intellectual property law that protects works including literary,
dramatic, musical and all forms of art in any number in any number of applications. It can be registered in the Library of Congress, but it does not have to be in order to be protected. Marianne Chevalier has done a masterful job of conveying the core idea in a totally elegant way!
